NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2023: The decorated tumbler appears in the 1901 National Export catalogue as No. 17/9403 Dec. No. 532. This was made and decorated at National Factory 17 which was the Rochester Tumbler Works. The tumbler is No. 9403 and the decoration was No. 532.
Dimensions: 3-9/16" tall, 2-11/16" diameter.
Initially we thought it was etched but it turns out to be a silk screen enamel decoration.
