NOTE: Kathy Conn Turner 2023 - Lion: All of the ones made by Imperial have both marks - the original patent date and IG in both the lid and base. Imperial made the Lion box in milk glass. The Imperial version is marked IG in the lid and base. It was made in 1959-60.
