NOTE: Barlow & Kaiser record it as a product of BOSTON & SANDWICH, 1850-1865.
NOTE: Bill Morrison: Cable with the fans is a sort of common variant of the pattern. There is a matching spill/spooner, bowl on base and compote that we have seen.
