NOTE: Maker still to be determined. Lechner Book II, on page 47, attributes this and Six Pansy to Consolidated Circa 1890's without proof. Six Pansy is assigned to Fostoria Shade & Lamp based on the No. 76 and Pansy toothpick holders. Fostoria Shade & Lamp was acquired by Consolidated Lamp & Glass at the end of 1893.
