NOTE: Roger Haworth - Heacock 3 shows one in blue with the Richards & Harley Jewel stopper. He calls it "Angular" (his name) and lists clear, blue, and amber as the colors, so canary would be an addition. Unknown maker, though. These "altar" cruets are interesting and frustrating because they seldom show up in catalogs, even for known patterns, and as Brad mentions, the stoppers seem to be mix-and-match.
