In September 2013 Paul Kirk jr. reported that the ZZ-081 caster set (below) was included in an assortment with the Garland aka Festoon pattern in a Montgomery Ward catalogue. That suggests that both patterns were made by the same glass maker in which case the maker would be the Crystal Glass Co. of Bridgeport, OH.
