TOSSED SCROLL (AKA) by Unknown Maker/Unknown Location (Company Operated: Unknown), c1900 Introduced

NOTE: Sid Lethbridge: Kamm named this aka Tossed Scroll (Kamm 8 pp. 39-40). She suggested that it was container (i.e. packers) ware. We can add some new information in that the four piece table set appears in a 1900 Butler Bros. wholesale catalogue filled with the "best American mustard". The sugar and butter had standard lids and the spoon and cream had individual butters (i.e. butter pats) for lids. The maker is unknown.
