NOTE: Paul Kirk Jr. - Looks like McKee's Aztec and Westmoreland's "High Hob". That spinning star is clearly based on McKee's Aztec. It could be something made by a more obscure company who copied a lot of competitors' designs, like Crystal Glass Company.
