NOTE: Kathy Conn Turner: Imperial used an "A" after the pattern number to denote the optic pitcher from the plain pitcher. Made and marketed for home, restaurant, tea room, and tavern use. Doesn't appear in Imperial's first catalog, circa 1904-05. Appears in every subsequent catalog up to 1930.
NOTE: A table set was added to the pitchers at some point, likely 1920s.
