NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - It started out as King No. 300 with production continuing under US Glass who re-named it as their No. 8005 salad. Dewey blue and emerald green were definitely made by US Glass. Crystal is more problematic. [The] emerald green example is c1898 by US Glass.
