NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - It appears in the 1901 National catalogue as No. 100 made at their Royal Works in Marietta, OH. It could have originated earlier in which case it could have been introduced by Royal, Huntington, Greensburg or Brilliant. But at this time the only documentation we have points to National.
NOTE: Appears in a Montgomery Ward ad in 1898 as well.
