It is by Bryce Bros. circa 1887 based on its appearance in a Butler Bros. assortment with documented Bryce patterns. This piece can be found in amber, blue, amethyst, canary and crystal (colourless). There is also an open comport with a dolphin standard that can be found in all the same colours.
