NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - These are the only forms to appear in the 1878 catalogue which may indicate a short line or perhaps the remnants of a pattern introduced earlier.
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - It appears that the Adams' version of Standard has a rounded "petal" transition where the fluted stem meets the foot and King's flutes come to a flat end.
