DISTENDED SIDES (AKA) by Dithridge & Company/Pittsburgh-PA/Jeannette-PA (Company operated 1861 - 1901), c1887 Introduced

NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2024 - The shaker set appears in a c1887 R P Wallace wholesale catalogue as the Wallace Caster. This would predate the formation of the Consolidated Glass Lamp & Glass Co. (1893) and its predecessor Fostoria Shade & Lamp Co. (1890) so they can be taken off the list of possible makers. The aka for the shakers is Distended Sides which apparently came from Milk Glass Addenda by Edwin Warman.
NOTE: Assigned to Dithridge based on syrup with the same decoration. 0145A AGSSSC assigned incorrectly to Consolidated.
