NOTE: regarding the name and OMN, "it appears the OMN was changed with the transfer" ...from Dalzell, Gilmore & Leighton to National (Indiana Tumbler and Goblet Works), from HERON to STORK. National also assigned new numbers to D,G & L pieces.
