NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2020: There is some controversy about this because of a page in a c1893 US Glass Co. Factory C catalogue which has a page almost identical to an earlier Adams & Co. advertisement. It is likely that US Glass moved production of these and other items like candlesticks to Factory C.
