NOTE: Each segment stands 4" tall and 6 1/2" across the top. There is a groove along the entire bottom edge that allows any number of these segments to be stacked on top of each other. It is marked PATENTED MAY 20, 1873
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge: …shown in an 1893 US Glass Packers' & Confectioners' Catalog as Acme Stacking Jars. They originated at the Ripley factory but were still being sold by US Glass in 1893.
