BUCKLE (AKA) mult mkr by Multiple Makers, 1860s Introduced
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - A plaster cast of a three part mould was excavated on the B&S factory site (1947 and 1959). We know now that Gillinder's version called Troy differs. Buckle was made in both flint and non- flint.
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2021: both B&S and Union made a version of the pattern based on plaster cast moulds found at the respective factory sites.
