ZZ UNIDENTIFIED No. 678 [Syrup, plain, ring band neck ] by UNIDENTIFIED MAKER, Unknown Date
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - The decoration was likely done by the Union Glass Co. of Martin's Ferry who held a patent for the technique of enamel on a frosted ground. They were a decorating shop not a glass maker. They used blanks from various glass makers including Elson (later West Virginia), Robinson, Tarentum, and Westmoreland.
