NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2021: Bakewell, Pears & Co. PANNEL DIAMOND (OMN) dish c1868. The only items appearing in the 1868 catalogue are a nappy and cover and a sweet meat and cover. The nappy and cover terminology would eventually morph to butter and cover. The sweet meat is essentially a nappy stuck up on a pedestal.
