UNITED STATES GLASS CO. No. 15121 MAYFLOWER/DUQUESNE (OMN) by United States Glass Company (Pittsburgh-PA, Company Operated: 1891-1962) , 1910 Introduced
• AKA: Portland
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge: We have two US Glass Co. catalogs of No. 15121 - each with a different name for the line. One provided by Paul Kirk with the Duquesne name and one provided by Tom Bredehoft with the Mayflower name. Until such time as this puzzle gets sorted out, both names are appropriate for our files.
NOTE: There are three or four similar patterns that cause a lot of confusion - US Glass No. 15121 Mayflower/Duquesne aka Portland; Fostoria No, 1299 aka Long Buttress; and New Martinsville No. 712 aka Placid.
