Notes: NOTE: 2026: Barlow and Kaiser vol 4 pp135-138 locate the factory at the old Cape Cod Glass Works site in Sandwich MA but the company headquarters are listed variously as Meriden CT, Hartford CT, and Boston MA. There were production problems and very little glass has ever been positively linked to the Vasa Murrhina factory.
