NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2022: pieces with "W" on the base were made by Fred Wilkerson in the 60's.
NOTE: James Measell 2022: the original McKee mould[for the creamer] (c. 1900-1901),[was] acquired by Fenton Art Glass in the mid-1960s and sold to Fred Wilkerson after the Fenton plant shut down and assets were being liquidated.
