• MAKER: Royal Glass Company/Marietta-Ohio (Company Operated: 1898-1899), Introduced: c1898 Introduced
• NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2021: In the latest Greentown book by Jim Measell, he mentions a Royal No. 143 spoon holder in emerald green as the rarest piece in the pattern.
NOTE: James Meaasell 8-8-2026 - The Royal Glass Co. plant began production in Oct-Nov. 1898, but the first mention of this No. 143 pattern is in a National Glass Co./Royal Glass Works catalog from 1901. Royal did not begin to make Chocolate glass until sometime in 1902, so (the) pitcher dates from 1902-1903, as the Royal Works was destroyed by fire in Nov. 1903.
