NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2023: There are a series of articles by Barry Bernas on the Fenn patents, the glass articles and the numerous companies involved. ...there is one on just the water bottles that is pretty linear in its presentation of the timeline. The story is fairly convoluted in that there were several entities that held the patents and marketed the glass. They farmed the actual production out to several different glass making companies.... it took several years to get the production methodology worked out (around 1900). the glass making was brought "in-house" (1903). And then a few more years before they went bust (1906).
