NOTE: Roger Haworth - Heacock included it in his US Glass book, and it is likely from one of the companies that joined to form that company, but there's no actual proof.
NOTE: Heacock page 41, Victorian Colored Pattern Glass Book 5 - "I am only speculating that this pattern was made by one of the member factories of USGC." If true, it would have to be a company that produced Apple Green.
