Ripley & Co., Pittsburgh, have got up a new glass bread plate, oval in form with raised edge. In the centre is a picture of the Bunker Hill monument, with the words "Birthplace of Liberty." On the edges are the works Prescott, 1776, Stark, Warren, 1776, Putnam." The handles are composed of a piece representing the American shield.-- Sid Lethbridge 2018
