• NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - Fostoria No. 450 Czar and No. 602 Erminie are essentially identical other than the finials - a St. Bernard for the former and a simple ball for the latter - and the bases of the flat pieces which have a St. Bernard for No. 450 which was removed for the No. 602. So it is either/or depending on which lid you find first!
