• NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - appearance in a November 1899 National Glass Co. advertisement. This advertisement is so soon after the formation of National that it must have been made at one of the factories acquired - likely McKee but possibly West Virginia or another factory.
NOTE: Jeannie Symington found a Butler Brothers ad from 1907 with all Mckee Brothers (now McKee Glass) with the Harvard (omn) card holder. This points to it being a Mckee product.
