NOTE: Tom Felt - "Windsor brought out a new line in July 1890: "Their new 'Arabesque' ware in ruby with pattern in crystal is the most notable feature of their display. They have it in table sets, water sets and a variety of other articles and it presents a highly attractive appearance." Does anyone know what Arabesque looked like?
