• NOTE: Sid Lethbridge 2019: speculated as Boston and Sandwich
NOTE: Brady Fitts: [This] is a Mustard Cup without cover it normally would have had a matching cover, these were either lost or broken. The covers did have a small cut out for a spoon. The cup is molded as one piece which includes the handle, when tapped it does not ring like other lacy pieces with the same name. Some say it included an underplate of the same design but the base of the cup does not seem to truly fit properly on the plates.
