• MAKER: Monroe, C. F./Meriden-CT [A Decorating Firm] (Company Operated: 1892 - 1914), Introduced: 1892 Introduced
• NOTE: C. F. Monroe was a decorating company, they did not manufacturer their own glass. The glass blanks were made by various companies including Pairpoint, Mt. Washington and Rodefer Glass Co. of Bellaire, Ohio. (Ref. Glass Toothpick Holders 2nd edition)
NOTE: 2024 - The patent for the shaker indicates they would have had it produced as private mould work. Possible other items were also made this way.
