• NOTE 2021: Petersen page 39, states there are two styles. Lechner II, page 96, difference is length of petals (alternating on one, even on the other).
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge Although the company was not incorporated until 1892, C F Monroe's opal glass decorating business goes back to at least 1886. The design patent was issued June 2, 1891 to C F Monroe. In the 1895/6 catalogue the shaker was designated as Daisy.
