An unusual feature is that these shoes may be found in pairs, a left and a right. They are most scarce in milk white and emerald green but have been found in clear glass, amber, and a peacock blue.” No maker suggested.
NOTE: Sid Lethbridge - This boot appears in a 1900 wholesale assortment of various patterns that originated at Elson/ West Virginia Glass/ West Virginia Glass Manufacturing. Reference Elson Glass Co. & Successors, p. 134. Based on the ad, c1899 by the West Virginia Glass Manufacturing Company but quite possibly earlier by Elson Glass or West Virginia Glass.
