• NOTE: Here we have a catalogue cut of a Lion (OMN) lamp. The maker of the lamp is almost certainly Model Flint. "who make a handsome pressed lamp called the "Lion" of massive shape and large capacity for oil. It takes a No. 2 or No. 3 collar." The quote is from the July 20, 1892 issue of China, Glass & Lamps. This cut is from an 1893 CM Linnington wholesale catalogue.
NOTE: Albany Glass Museum 2025 - Blue Lion Lamp introduced by Model Flint in 1892 while the factory was still in Findlay, Ohio. The only known colors produced, at this time, are clear and blue.
